which, according to artcentral.sg (here: http://www.artscentral.sg/WhatShowing/Sunday/index.htm), was 'the first time an international production team has been allowed into Vietnam to shoot a film about the Vietnam-American War.'
i suppose it's a good thing Ballard added that 'might'...but then, there's always tomorrow. isn't there?
